Last updated October 15, 2026. The terms that govern using this site, not a generic template, this describes what's actually here.
Using kazasec.com, the marketing site, the free security tools, or the news and advisories archive, means you agree to what's below. If you engage us for a paid assessment or consulting work, that engagement is governed by the separate contract you sign with us, not this page, these terms cover the website itself.
These tools aren't directed at children. You must be at least 16 years old to use this site; if you're younger than that, only use it with a parent or guardian's involvement.
The tools under /tools , the Domain Footprint Analyzer, Subdomain Finder, Scam Checker, and the others, perform passive, public-data lookups: DNS queries, Certificate Transparency log searches, RDAP registrar lookups, and similar. None of them actively probe, exploit, or attempt to gain access to a system. Even so:
We reserve the right to block or rate-limit any use that looks abusive, automated beyond normal interactive use, or in violation of the above, regardless of whether it's hit a stated limit.
Every tool is rate-limited per IP address over a short window, and most also carry a daily per-visitor usage cap (tracked via the anonymous kzs_vid identifier described in our Privacy Policy), so the free tier stays usable for everyone rather than being exhausted by any single user or script. These limits exist to keep the tools free and available, not as a growth target to push against.
Every free tool here is provided "as is," with no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or availability. Several draw on third-party data sources, Have I Been Pwned, the NIST National Vulnerability Database, CISA's KEV catalog, public DNS resolvers, Certificate Transparency logs, which can be incomplete, delayed, or occasionally wrong; a clean result from any tool here is not a guarantee that a domain, password, or system is actually secure.
None of this is legal advice, and none of it is a substitute for a real security assessment. A passive, automated lookup can't find what a manual, adversary-emulated test can, that's the actual difference between a free tool and an engagement with us.
Running these tools means your query is sent to the specific third-party service each one is built on, Have I Been Pwned, the NIST NVD, public DNS-over-HTTPS resolvers, RDAP registries, and the other sources described per-tool in our Privacy Policy. We don't control those services' uptime or accuracy, and we're not responsible for how they handle a query once it reaches them.
The site's own content, design, and the tools themselves belong to KazaSec. You're welcome to link to any page here; you're not welcome to scrape, republish, or resell the site's content or tool output as your own. Our News and Advisories sections summarize and link to third-party reporting and CISA's public KEV catalog, we don't claim ownership of the underlying stories or vulnerability data, only our own summaries of them.
To the extent permitted by law, KazaSec isn't liable for any damages arising from your use of this site or its free tools, including decisions made based on a tool's output, or from relying on a third-party data source's accuracy. Use the free tools at your own discretion, the same way you would any free, self-serve online utility.
You agree to indemnify and hold KazaSec harmless from any claim, loss, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the free tools in a way that breaches these terms, including running one against a target you weren't authorized to assess.
If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands. Together with our Privacy Policy, these terms are the whole agreement between you and KazaSec about using this site, and replace any earlier understanding about it.
If what this site actually offers changes, a new tool, a changed rate limit, we'll update this page and the date at the top, the same commitment we make on our Privacy Policy.
