A company can have hundreds of employees using ChatGPT, Copilot, or other AI tools every day, and still not be an AI-ready organisation.
Summary
This may sound contradictory, but it is becoming increasingly common. Employees are experimenting with AI. Teams are building copilots.
Companies are running pilots. Some are even putting AI into production.
KazaSec's take
AI-related security incidents are a genuinely new category, prompt injection, model manipulation, and data leakage through an LLM integration don't map cleanly onto traditional application security testing, and are worth assessing deliberately rather than assuming existing controls already cover them.
